About Me
My Mission
My name is Daniel Link. I grew up in a small mountain town on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, which goes by the name of Sonora. I’ve always had a passion for the forest which led me to pursue a career in which I could spend my days among the trees.
My journey began in residential tree services work as a young kid. I worked my way up to be a Climber and a Timber Feller in my early 20’s. Alongside tree services, I worked as a Wildland Firefighter for seven summers. My off seasons were dedicated to climbing and tending trees through Timber Management and Logging Operations.
My Core Values
Throughout my experiences I have found a way in which I can pursue my passion while offering services to the community. In support of this, I’ve created Siskiyou-Shasta Tree Pro LLC to bring my knowledge, experience and my services to you.
My Qualifications
I am privately contracted as a Professional Feller through the state and federal government. In this capacity, I remove hazardous trees from roadways, public areas, and specific work areas on fires as well as conduct fire mitigation and land management.
